You can enjoy a private living area with sofa that makes out into a 2nd queen bed, TV, kitchenette w/small bar, dishes, microwave, small fridge, &coffee pot. A private bedroom W/queen bed, electric fireplace heater in winter & window A/C in summer. Private bath w/shower. It’s not fancy but it’s comfortable and just 1 mile to town. Private entrance. The homestead is on over 5 acres in the "Cowboy Capital of the World". Just 8 minutes to town with lots of live music, BBQ, southern food restaurants and plenty of small-town shopping of boutiques, antiques and more. You can sit by the river or take a stroll down Main Street. The above ground pool is 33 ft round, behind the main house.
