We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Located 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles north of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!
