An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Our apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Westerwald lake district, to animal parks or to the city of Koblenz, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
