An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

Welcome to the Quaint Harmar Hideout! Located in the historic Harmar district, home to the Anchorage Mansion, lookout point, great eateries, and more! This Riverboat town is home to many eclectic shops and has a lively downtown vibe with great dining and shopping. This little cottage is walkable to most locations including downtown. The cottage offers an apartment-sized washer/dryer, coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. Equipped with all the modern conveniences.

Relax at this peaceful, recently restored 1880 farmhouse located in the hills of southeast Ohio. This retreat is great getaway for a couple or for the whole family. Situated on a ridge, this 25-acre property borders the Wayne National Forest. You’ll enjoy the views of the surrounding valleys from the large screened-in porch and from the hilltop fire pit area. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.
