Beautiful year-round annex, 32 sqm, suitable for 2 people. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with a nice enclosed private garden. We have a 2-minute walk to a fantastic view of Kullen, the harbor and the coast, as well as a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Lighthouse Trail towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view. It is possible to borrow a men's and women's bicycle, with gears. Older models!

Relax in this lovely home that is right up to the forest. You have your own house with an entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, large living room with wood-burning stove and workspace, 2 nice rooms on the 2nd floor, with new beds, duvets and pillows. Terrace with dining area. Possibility of lovely walks in the forest, 10 minutes by car, then you are at the beautiful North Zealand beaches in Tisvilde, Gilleleje etc. 50 minutes by car to Copenhagen. If you appreciate peace and nature, need to write or work in peace - then this is the ideal place.

Newly renovated cottage close to forest and beach

Charming cottage with a great atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

A well-lit living area features a dark sofa and a wooden coffee table, beneath a beautiful artwork on the wall. A red armchair is positioned nearby, with decorative pillows. A window offers natural light, illuminating a potted plant and a few decorative items on the windowsill.

In addition to a new kitchen and bathroom, the house offers a spacious bedroom and a cozy living room. You have access to a washing machine by appointment. The house is ideal for two adults, but two children or adults can comfortably stay on the sofa bed in the living room.

It is 200 meters to the forest where there are good chances of going mushroom hunting or just taking a walk in the beautiful nature. It is very common for forest animals to walk right outside the windows. For example, it can be roe deer, fallow deer and red deer. You can charge your electric car with us. We have separate electricity meters, so you will be charged according to the daily rates found at other public charging stations.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.
