The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. This stylish accommodation is perfect for small families or couples. It is equipped with a large kitchen and is therefore excellent for self-catering. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

With a view of the countryside – the 95 sqm area is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and kitchen area with a conservatory. In addition, there are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, the larger of the two also offers a bathtub for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to social cooking evenings. There is a stove with induction stovetop, a large free-standing fridge with freezer and a dishwasher.

Pirate oasis

The apartment is located right next to a nature reserve. The Bodden (Ribnitz-Damgarten) is about 15 minutes away by car and the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes. The Vogelpark Marlow is about 12 km away. There are also opportunities to canoe on the Recknitz. A gas station with a small supermarket is about 4 km away. Rostock is 40 km away and Stralsund about 50 km. Four times a week, the bakery van arrives in the morning around 11 AM.
