Hello dear visitors! I rent out my bungalow, renovated in 2018, including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehabilitation clinics are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the Schlosspark (2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlor, as well as a pedal boat rental. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, this is the place to be! You can relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not available. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and barbecue. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe bike path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.
