The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Trænger du og din familie til et afbræk i den travle hverdag, så kan Stihøj være med til at give ro og fordybelse. Vi har 2 dejlige værelserog et køkken/alrum med nødvendigt køkkengrej. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The home is located in a quiet setting overlooking the field and with a view of the cows. There is a smaller kitchen with an electric cooker and a 1-burner mini stove. A travel cot can be set up if there is 1 child. We provide the travel cot, plus duvets and pillows. If you want to go on an outing, Nyk Falster and the Fuglesang Art Museum are no more than 4 km (2.5 miles) away.
