New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with great views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French-imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy working corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.
