They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing, rafting, paddleboarding or just relaxing. Like to bike ride? So do we. Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses.
