The apartment is independent, furnished, comfortable, very bright, clean, and easy to access. You can share an outdoor area of gardens and living areas under trees. The location is strategic: two blocks from Mall del Pacifico and two blocks from El Murciélago beach. Connects with Ave. Flavio Reyes, which has bars, restaurants, churches, supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, and wide sidewalks for walking. The area is safe and equidistant from downtown.

WE ARE IN PLAYA EL MURCIELAGO. We have 1 queen bed (2 and a half seats) in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room, high-speed internet, 1 cable TV. We are in a gated community, with 24/7 double security. We are close to everything, 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from the land terminal, and 3 minutes from the Pacifico mall. The building has very good facilities that you can enjoy staying with us, pool, sauna, jacuzzis, steam bath and gym.

Its comfort and privacy make it an ideal place for travelers and tourists, making it an ideal place to enjoy the city and beach. The GARAGE is in front of the building, closed, numbered and safe.
