Well equiped apartment with great views of the Ocean and pool areas. Close from Plaza La Cuadra, an area with restaurants and market in the newest area of Manta. 5 minutes from Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murcielago by car. From the building one can walk in the beach. Family can enjoy pools, jacuzzi, tenis court, gym, playground. You’ll have our assistance during your stay and 24-hour security. The common areas (pool and terrace) are available from 09:00 to 18:00, and twice a week the pool undergoes cleaning maintenance—on Wednesdays or Thursdays. *There is no direct access to the beach – the beach entrance is just 1 minute away
