It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

The apartment on the park island in Ludwigshafen am Rhein is a real highlight. It has recently been newly renovated and equipped with a brand new kitchen and new furnishings, making it a perfect place to feel at home. The apartment is located on the Park Island, an idyllic green area on the banks of the Rhine, in the middle of Ludwigshafen. The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.
