The house is designed around a court yard and pool with the aim of 100% relaxation. This is within an hour of Malaga airport and 30 mins to the beach or 10mins to Lake Viñuela. Life is simple, comfortable and easy.

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

Attractively furnished and very well-equipped, this romantic house is located at the foothills of the Sierra de Las Nieves UNESCO recognised National park. It's just 25 minutes drive from Marbella, and 35 minutes driving from Malaga but is worlds away, down a private, rustic track, in a secluded position, surrounded by olive & almond trees, ancient Spanish oaks and country cottages.

Charming villa with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean. Located in the coveted and quiet La Capellanía urbanization, between Benalmádena and Fuengirola. From the residence there is a short distance by car to a small shopping center that offers a supermarket, restaurants, hairdresser, kiosk and pharmacy, as well as a short distance to Benalmádena Pueblo, a super nice place with good international restaurants, and cozy corners, being able to enjoy of varied tapas.
