Disconnect from your routine in this comfortable studio in the Perchel neighborhood, next to the market and church of Carmen and all the services under home. Plus, we offer free breakfast so you can have something to eat before you leave. Relax in your living room on a comfortable 3-seater sofa and, if you feel like it, enjoy the smart TV, where you can connect to your account on any content platform. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need in case you decide to cook during your stay: refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils. We have a hand mixer on request and depending on availability. For dining, there is a dining table and chairs. When you want to rest, there is a 150x200cm double bed and the sofa is convertible to 140x190cm bed. The bathroom has a comfortable shower with rain effect, hair dryer, towels and the soap, bath gel and shampoo are put by us. You'll have wi-fi connection for what you need: watching a series, sharing photos, talking to your family by video call, or working if you have no choice. There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, so you don't have to worry about the summer heat or the cold in the winter months. The studio is fully adapted for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility. Please note: - The studio is located on the mezzanine floor of the building. - Some elements of the facilities may vary slightly from the photographs. - We will leave a dose of detergent and fabric softener in your apartment so you don't have to worry about buying them. - Under current regulations, we must communicate the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm the reservation, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal information before the day of arrival. Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment. - We offer a light breakfast free of charge so you can have something before leaving the house. We will leave you a basket with everything for you to enjoy as and whenever you want. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, infusions, bread, oil, butter, jam and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival. - Bookings of 3 apartments or more may be subject to surcharges and special conditions. Payment of a security deposit will be requested at the time of booking. - For group reservations and/or on dates of high occupancy, a damage deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival. It will be done in cash and returned at checkout once the listing is reviewed.
