Quiet penthouse with large terrace. Two blocks from Calle Larios and in front of the Cervantes theater. Also ten minutes from the beach! It has a bedroom overlooking the living room and from the bedroom itself you access an exclusive terrace with a candle. In addition, on the bed, a large window on the ceiling will let you see the stars! It includes a parking space in a nearby building and most importantly, silence at night to be able to rest!! What in the center is exceptional!!

The beach and harbor are about 10-15 minutes away, the train station about 20 minutes away walking. Very close to the cinema from Cinema Festival in Málaga.
