My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with small Terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can also be used. Baker, Bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

Shopping facilities, doctors + pharmacies are within walking distance. 2 bakers nearby (approx. 5 min. Footpath) provide breakfast on 7 days.

The 39 m² apartment is located close to two tram stops, a large shopping center, a local recreation area on the Weser, a restaurant and an ice cream parlor. The house is situated on a quiet street. The place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). There is free public parking on the street, at the latest at the shopping center (500 m away). You can always stop briefly in front of the house for loading and unloading.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Nearby are the Mahndorf swimming lake (1.5 km), train station (950 m), bus stop (50 m), highway feeder (3 km) as well as various shopping facilities.
