The cottage offers space and room for 4 people, on a total of 80 square meters of living space. On the first floor (45 square meters) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. On the upper floor: living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh bed linen and towels are of course included. What else is there? Free Wi-Fi, smart TV incl. Pool & hot tub - no problem!

My house offers many amenities: pool, hot tub, fireplace & 2 bathrooms, the larger one being particularly spacious. A piano provides musical accents, and the garden house with an oven and a kitchenette invites you to spend cozy hours. The location is ideal – only 20 minutes by car from the city center of Magdeburg, with a playground only a minute's walk away. Supermarket & bakery are within 4 minutes' walking distance. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed area and has two parking spaces.

Our bungalow is located in the local recreation area of Pretzien near Schönebeck. Here you have the opportunity to really unwind on the approx. 700 square meter, fenced property and enjoy the tranquility. Your retreat surrounded by forest and meadows. The bungalow is located on the edge of a forest just an hour from Berlin. If you're looking for a break in the middle of nature, this is the best place for it. You can watch the chickens in the garden from the large window. Outside, there is a seating area with a fire bowl. The wonderfully spacious courtyard offers a pool, a trampoline and a climbing frame. There are several parking spaces for cars on the premises.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Large house with garden, sauna, centrally located.

Our house offers plenty of space over 3 floors plus basement. The Getec Arena is very close, the Cracauer waterfall, the Elbe, the city park and also to the tram it is only a 5 minute walk. Great playgrounds are located at Pechauer Platz and in the city park. By tram, you can reach the center in 10 minutes. There are worth seeing the Hundertwasserhaus, cathedral, monastery and much more.
