Lots of parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses near by, or play our 9 hole Par 2 golf course on site. Pond offer lots of fun, swimming, paddle boat, fishing, slide, & relaxing on the beach.

Home in the country this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house will accommodate 6 guests with ease. With its warm decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see me and my family and friends from time to time and sometimes we host parties. You can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

This property isn’t just a house to us—it’s a piece of our family’s heart. My family bought this land back in the 1950s, and for years, these fields were an active peach orchard, Blue Skies Orchard. While the orchard has retired, the peace and warmth of those years are still rooted deep in the soil. Opening this home is our way of sharing that heritage with you. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a pull-out couch. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and keeps the county feel.
