There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Be Our Guest: A Charming Home Away From Home!

This is a renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, historical house built in 1905 that sleeps up to 6 guests. It is located on the main street that runs through downtown Monroe, GA and is near several antique malls. It is one block from The Factory at Walton Mill wedding venue and two streets away from The Engine Room wedding venue. For the adventurous, SkyDive Monroe is only one mile away. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the University of Georgia campus for all the Dawgs fans!

Cabin-like 1 bedroom

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Rest and relax at the Hidden Cottage Lake Sinclair

Sit back and enjoy fantastic sunset view while soaking in a hot tub. The deck has lots of room for grilling, and eating outdoors, relaxing in rocking chairs or lounging. Eatonton is not far away with nice restaurants. The Crooked Creek Marina is close by. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pans, etc. Keurig and regular coffee pot. Enjoy the fire pit, fishing, canoeing and hot tub - at our quiet Hidden Cottage.
