Darling sweetheart cabin, located on a working horse ranch on top of the Colorado National Monument, 30 min from Grand Junction. This location is perfect for those seeking a unique place to stay while enjoying all the adventures available around the area including hiking trails, horseback riding, ATV riding, hunting, and some of the best mountain biking around. There is beautiful aspen covered,alpine high country nearby as well as red rock desert/ formations including a series of natural arches.

Beautiful house in downtown Fruita on a quiet street. Just 2 blocks to Main Street and all the great downtown restaurants and amenities. Newly remodeled with everything you'll need for your stay. Enjoy an evening outside in the covered patio and use the locking shed to store your bikes and gear. Close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Within 10 miles of both entrances to the National Monument. Come see all Fruita has to offer! We do allow dogs but limit them to 2. Pet fee covers one.

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!
