Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

The house is centrally located in the village of Hjortshøj, not far from the forest and with opportunities for shopping locally. There is a lovely beach 2.5 km away and Aarhus is 20 minutes away. The house consists of two children's rooms and one bedroom.

There is sun all day on the terrace. In-ground trampoline, sandbox, fire pit, etc. Mols Bjerge has many beautiful hikes. Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.
