Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The listed building UsedomTor 1750 was built in the 18th century and extensively renovated and restored in the last decade. Thus, beautiful bright and spacious rooms have been created, which is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. In the bedroom there are two single beds, which are either together.

There is a studio apartment(35 square meters) with a fold-out sofa for two people(120 cm). Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine (costs extra). Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
