We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. The cozily furnished apartment, located in the Spreewald, between Lübbenau and Lübben, has a separate courtyard entrance with parking. You can barbecue in the sitting area The quiet location and the private courtyard are particularly suitable for families with children. 5 minutes to the baker... The apartment has a TV, radio, toaster, kettle, stove, fridge, coffee maker, central heating and complete basic equipment of the kitchenette. The connection to cycling trails is ideal.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Apartment in a small town

The apartment is located on the city moat of the small town of Luckau. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and shopping and gastronomy are also nearby with a 5-15 minute walk. In Luckau there is a Laga park, indoor playground, a modern outdoor pool, boat rides on the city moat, St. Nicholas Church, Culture Church and much more to discover. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Spreewald (Lübben or Lübbenau). Berlin or Dresden are about 1 hour drive away.
