Our guesthouse is a lovingly converted garage attached to our main home with its own entrance, outside decking area & parking. It is on the ground floor but has one step to access & contains a kitchen/ living area, bedroom with a standard double bed, desk area, wardrobe & sink & a bathroom with an electric shower. Situated in a quiet village close to Limerick City, Bunratty & only 18 mins from Shannon Airport. It would suit a couple or a solo traveller looking to explore the Clare/Limerick area.

The location is great as it is close to many tourist attractions and golf clubs. The Cliffs of Moher and West Clare beaches are around 45 minutes drive away. Dromoland, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Shannon and many more Golf Courses are all within easy commuting distance.

Thanks for viewing my Airbnb! This beautiful two bedroom home features a spacious kitchen living space as well as a garden and patio area to enjoy. The property is located in a great location close to the Crescent Shopping Centre and restaurants. Ideal for a city break (only 10 minutes to the city centre). Short drive to Shannon Airport (25 minutes) and close to the motorway (2 minutes) if you wish to visit the many scenic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way Route. Free onsite parking

Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. The perfect place to chill out or it can be a home away from home for those working and travelling with a dedicated work station and good internet. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.
