PLEASE NOTE - Our family lives upstairs including kids, some noise can be heard from below specially weekday mornings, evenings and weekends

Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Home is located near Lockheed Martin, multitude of Hospitals and the Denver Tech Center. Located in the foothills south of Denver in a peaceful neighborhood offering a ton of amenities. Hiking, biking, camping nearby. I accept dogs, no cats. No more than one dog. Must be well trained, and under 30 pounds, people friendly. I do not have a gated yard, small outdoor patio.

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
