Cozy B&B you can count on!

Very conveniently located from Silver Line Metro, INOVA hospital, an easy bus shuttle to Metro Station from around the corner of our house. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. Walking and biking trails in the neighborhood enjoy the city & nature together while staying in our home. NOTE: Access to other living areas are limited as we have dogs. Coffee maker and Microwave access is available on the first floor lobby/ hallway. STRICTLY NON-SMOKING

We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Additionally, it is a 50-minute drive from Washington, DC on the Dulles Greenway (Route 267), and 25 miles to Dulles International airport. It is also convenient to Leesburg Outlet Mall, Dulles Town Center, and Charles Town Casino.

Room 2 is in the Main House of the Little River inn in Aldie, Virginia and we have been in business for 38 years. A full breakfast is included in your stay; we use local meats, eggs and serve everything from French toast, to quiche, to Dutch apple baby. Room 2 is on the second floor of the main house to the left and there are additional private bedrooms on the same floor.
