Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

1st bedroom (Master bdrm) has a large balcony with seating overlooking the lake with en suite bathroom. Queen bed. Tv. Also, a pack and play with mattress for your little one 💗 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a couch/sleeper (futon) and a desk. Second bathroom upstairs with bathtub in between bedroom 2 and 3. Living room with smart TV and open kitchen/dining area half bathroom Side door from kitchen opens up to backyard/patio area to lake. Spacious and great views of the lake!

It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!
