Diese gemütlich Dachwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung über einer Garage im schönen Lastrup und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie verfügt über ein schönes, helles Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschtisch und WC. Nur eine Straße weiter befindet sich das Naturschwimmbad mit Hallenbad. Der schöne Dorfpark mit See sowie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Ärzte, Friseur etc. sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Schön ruhig gelegen. Herrlicher Blick auf die unberührte Natur, Streuobstwiese. Da kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. In der Nähe ist das Gut Altenkamp mit diversen Ausstellungen und Konzerten. Obwohl sich das Apartment in meinem Haus befindet, habt Ihr einen eigenen Eingangsbereich .

Bad mit offener Dusche und Absstellraum , Wohn-Esszimmer und Küche die nach Maß eingebaut wurde. Im gemütlichen Schlafzimmer lädt ein Boxspringbett und Schlafsofa zum erholen. Gäste -WC und Garderobe sind auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit elektrischen Rollos ausgestattet. Smart TV (55 zoll )mit Kabel Anschluss und Netflix vorhanden.

Bis zu 3 Personen finden Platz in meiner schönen, hellen Souterrain Wohnung, die in 06./07.2017 renoviert und neu eingerichtet worden ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem 30qm großen Wohn/Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, in der man auch gut duschen kann, einer neuen, modernen voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie angrenzendem großzügigem Essbereich. Der Garten, sehr idyllisch am Wald gelegen, kann selbstverständlich mit genutzt werden.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich: In dieser ruhigen Umgebung zwischen Feldern und Wald sagen sich Fuchs und Hase "Gute Nacht". Fasane, Rehe, Hasen und auch Glühwürmchen sind häufig zu sehen. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Auch als Startpunkt für Radtouren im Emsland ist sie sehr gut geeignet, da die Wohnung direkt am Hasetal-Streckennetz gelegen ist. Auf der 7km entfernten Hase kann man Kanu-Touren unternehmen.

Helle Wohnung in Hollage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1OG eines dreiparteien Hauses nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum von Hollage entfernt. Auch der Mittellandkanal ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vom Balkon und aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf grüne Wiesen und einen Pferdehof. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze sind in den Nebenstraßen ausreichend vorhanden. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Die 120qm Wohnung ist eine Hälfte eines Bauernhauses von 1898 und wurde renoviert. Umgeben von Feldern liegt das Haus in Alleinlage und ist perfekt um die Natur und Ruhe zu genieß. Es gibt zu der Wohnung einen Garten mit Terrasse und auch ein Grill steht auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Von der Südterasse sieht man über Felder hinweg auf das nahe gelegene Wiehngebirge.
