The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

The living area features large windows reaching over four meters high, allowing natural light to fill the space. A modern television is mounted on the wall, while comfortable seating and a dining table create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and meals.

This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. This accommodation will allow you to access the Château on foot via the banks of the Loire or by walking the streets of the old town.

A private outdoor space features a gravel surface bordered by lush greenery and wooden privacy panels. A simple table is accompanied by several chairs, providing a spot for relaxation or dining. The area is enclosed with a low fence, enhancing the sense of seclusion.

Charming, bright and cozy apartment. Very well located: Notre Dame des Ardilliers 200 m, at the foot of the castle, 5 min walk to the city center and on the Loire bike circuit. All parking in the neighborhood is free. On the accommodation side, you will be in a duplex located on the first floor of an old tuffeau house. Independent access from the outside. You will find a living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms upstairs. Garden adjoining the property.

Located on the ground floor of a building in the historic district, close to the Château and Place Saint Pierre. Quiet and one-way street. Free parking spaces nearby. You'll also be close to shops and restaurants. You will have fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi (free). Towels and sheets are provided.

My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and professionals. It is quiet and overlooks an inner courtyard. For new travelers, welcome! In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
