We live on the ground floor, the studio is part of our house where we are available for any request or need. There is an independent private entrance in a gated and secure courtyard with parking. Location 5 min from the A85 tours/Paris motorway, 15 min from Saumur, 30 min. from Angers and the Doué zoos la Fontaine et la Flèche.

Quiet, located close to the city center (2-min walk) and all these amenities. Ideal for couples, including with baby, accessible for people with reduced mobility, except electric wheelchair. Pets allowed, on a leash when outside. Towels and sheets are provided. Toilet and kitchen products.

The accommodation is completed with a bike room.

My accommodation is spacious ,it is at the exit of the village near a super u and a Netto . You can enjoy a small garden with barbecue and an awning .Bétanque-style. We accept dogs. In your absence do not leave them alone. The rate is 80euro per couple for one night and 35euro per additional person per night . The pool will be reserved for you while you stay . Our accommodation is not suitable for parties with friends .

Our charming country rental is surrounded by greenery, a few sheep and goats occasionally. This cozy accommodation is located at the back of our house, to be as close as possible to your expectations. Available: towels, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and laundry. We also provide bed linens except for the baby bed. Lots of places to visit nearby. Please note the ceiling height 1.85 cm.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Old apartment in the town center, 15 km from Saumur and Baugé, 40 km from Angers. Composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom and bathroom, and toilet.
