The estate is dedicated to the training of dressage horses and extends over 12 ha at the gates of the city of Saumur and a stone's throw from the Cadre Noir and the Saumur golf course. Ideal for a rest in the heart of nature and so close to all amenities. The studios are fully equipped for two people and located facing south. Enjoy the terrace, but also the view of the oak grove in front of your accommodation.

The studio features a cozy sleeping area with a spacious bed dressed in light bedding, complemented by a soft throw. A bedside table holds decorative items, and a minimalistic shelving unit serves as a display. Natural light enters through a small window, while warm wooden flooring enhances the ambiance.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on the floor completely separate from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, a microwave and a bathroom. Please note, there is NO cooktop. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).
