The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A stunning duplex, period conversion arranged over the top two floors of this Georgian House in Little Venice, Central London W2. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor.

Tube station Turnham Green is only 900m away, Acton central 1.1 km and Stamford Brook station exactly 1 km away. You can take bus 272 from the bus stop located just outside the entrance to the building to either Westfield Shopping Centre or Chiswick High Rd with plenty of dining options available. Please request free of charge off site parking if needed with reservation.

It is very easy to get in and out of town. Hackney Central and hackney Downs Stations are 7 minutes walk.
