Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

This is an amazing studio house with own back garden and private entrance. Separate kitchen inside the studio. Hotwater heater available to use for the guest. Property located in a area which is surrounded by epping forest. A lake is just 3/4 min walk where you can go out for a walk or relax with a cup of tea. There is a horse farm just 3/4 min walk where you can hire a horse for an hour and go for a ride and you are still in London!! The nearest train stop Manor park/ Wanstead( central line)

Lullingstone Eynsford Annexe & Private Garden

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 12+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

Located in the village of Datchworth, near to Knebworth and Stevenage. 2 1/2 miles to main line Station, to Kings Cross or the North.

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks

Beautiful views are found from our Annex in Much Hadham. 10 miles to Stansted Airport and fast trains to London and Cambridge from Bishop's Stortford. Open plan with comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. Smart shower room and kitchen area with fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, single hob, sandwich toaster and slow cooker. Clothes hanging rail is downstairs where we ask that you leave your outdoor shoes please.
