Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !

Martha's Cabin is a perfectly tucked away yet with everything you need nearby.

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

This 1800s Duplex home has tons of charm & comfort! Close to Main street charm n shops and all that it offers. Original wood floors. Snacks & coffee for your enjoyment. Close to GAP trail n fantastic scenic views. Please NO LOUD noises after 10pm. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside our home in consideration of future guests We love animals but unfortunately they are not generally allowed. Exterior cameras for everyones security, front and back.

Just a stones-throw from everything Cumberland has to offer, The Shadoe on Greene is at the heart of it all. Literal steps from the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, the Great Allegheny Passage trail & the Historic City Center, with a wide array of local shops and eateries. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at New Germany State Park. It is a nice walk or a short drive to the park for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and or swimming. We are also a 25 minute drive to the Wisp ski resort. We are centrally located. Also close to Savage River Reservoir for kayaking, canoeing or fishing. Our goal is for the family to enjoy time away!
