Exposed beams and exposed stone. Two low beams on the ground floor (5ft 7) and steep stairs to 2nd and 3rd floors, stair rope or rails throughout. Private parking out front. Peace and quiet and birdsong in the fully enclosed gated courtyard, yet central to pubs, restaurants and river walks. 3pm check in, 10am check out

Cross's Barn is a beautiful, modern and luxurious place to stay. A prime location, right in the heart of the Cotswolds between Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. With most, if not all of the Cotswolds most sought after pubs, restaurants, and tourist locations close by, and beautiful countryside walks surrounding it. Northleach town is just a three minute drive away. The barn is open plan, spacious, super cosy, and perfect for a countryside Cotswold getaway! It is quiet, and simply magical!

A recently developed, beautifully furnished space, COSY for two adults (+ 1 baby under 1 year old OR one fur-baby. Not suitable for toddlers). Situated in a sleepy Cotswold farming village private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. NB. Spectacular view over rolling countryside from the upstairs sitting room at Gable View Cottage is one of the best in Bourton on the Water - surrounded by fields yet only a short easy walk into the village. This unique and spacious upside down one bedroom bolthole has lots of walks on the doorstep, a wide variety of great places to eat, sightseeing and friendly pubs. Well behaved dog welcome.
