Dette unikke sommerhus ligger på den idylliske vadehavs-ø Rømø. Huset er beliggende på en kuperet naturgrund med 180 graders panoramaudsigt over enge ud mod Rømøs brede, hvide strande. Huset er med 6 sovepladser (+1 babyseng) samt sauna. Huset er lyst og venligt indrettet og har en flot udsigt mod vest.Til huset hører en dejlig, stor åben træterrasse med panoramaudsigt mod sydøst og vest. Fra grunden er der direkte adgang til en cykel- og gangsti, der fører til Lakolk og den brede sandstrand.

Vi bestræber os på at sommerhuset er personligt men også funktionelt, hvorfor indretningen er en god blanding af nyt og gammelt. Vi købte sommerhuset i 2018, renoverer det lidt hen ad vejen og som tiden er til det. Det vi ønsker er, at sommerhuset fremstår hyggeligt og personligt. Vores ønske er, at huset kan være rammen for at skabe gode minder.

Unsere moderne, sehr helle ca. 70 m² große Erdgeschosswohnung mit Einzelhauscharakter bietet euch einen ca. 40 m² großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, Essecke und Kamin, ein Büroraum, ein Duschbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, ein separates Schlafzimmer, eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit Sauna und einen eingewachsenen Garten. Strand, Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 250m entfernt. Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Die superhelle 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt in Wenningstedt direkt am Meer im Appartmenthaus Dünenhof zum Kronprinzen. Dort findest Du alles, was Du brauchst: einen großen, meist windgeschützten Balkon, eine süße Küche und den schönsten Strand direkt hinterm Haus. Näher am Meer kann man nicht wohnen! Das Haus liegt in Wenningstedt am Weststrand, das rote Kliff zum Greifen nah. Auf der Promenade könnt ihr einen Sundowner genießen, ein Fischbrötchen kaufen oder ihr lauft zu Fuß nach Westerland.

Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und sehr klein (ca. 34m2, 1,5 Zimmer) und wurde zuletzt im Januar 2022 renoviert. Einbauküche, Ökodesignboden (phtalatfrei) und Elektrik wurden 2017 erneuert. Für alle geeignet, die am Rande von Westerland sein möchten und denen der "Charme einer Gelbklinkerwohnanlage "Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22" nichts ausmacht. Kleiner Südwestbalkon vorhanden. Parkplatz. Bettwäsche/Handtücher/Geschirrtuch muss mitgebracht werden optional gegen Aufpreis 20 Euro pro Person.

Enormt charmerende træhus beliggende på 5000m2 uforstyrrede omgivelser ud til naturskøn og fredet område med lynghede. Af og til kigger der et rådyr eller to forbi. Huset befinder sig på den østlige del af øen i området Kromose. Rolig strand ud til vadehavet mod øst, som er en del af UNESCOs naturarv, ligger kun i 500 m gåafstand på sti. Nyd morgenkaffen og roen på en af de dejlige terrasser eller på den overdækkede terrasse. Der er stor mulighed for at se nordlys i vinterhalvåret.
