The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

From this central yet quiet location, you are in all the beautiful places in our surroundings. The Teutoburg Forest and the Weser offer wonderful day trip destinations. Hameln, Rinteln, Lemgo, Barntrup and Blomberg are each 20-30 minutes away by car. Minden and Detmold 40 minutes. All wonderful cities with a lot of old history and attractions. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. REWE, Aldi etc. as well as bakeries are within walking distance.

Arrive and feel good: Our spacious vacation apartment for up to 5 people offers plenty of space to relax, work and enjoy over approximately 100 m². Located at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest and only a 2-minute walk from the Oerlinghausen glider airfield, it is the perfect base for any stay. The house is located on a quiet side street and you can walk or hike directly from the door. The Externsteine are a 15-minute walk. The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.
