Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Welcome to the Sonnenhof- Lamas ☀️🦙 Our cozy construction trailer on the edge of the forest invites you to spend sunny and relaxing days. You can enjoy your stay as a couple (160 x 200 cm double bed) or as a group of three (90 x 200 cm single bed). The llamas can be explored on our farm, our forest invites you to hike, and there are countless nearby excursion destinations. Looking forward to seeing you soon! p.s. Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

We are renting a nice and spacious 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment is fully and luxuriously equipped, including kitchen utensils and dishwasher. WiFi can be used free of charge. Furnished with high-quality inventory, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a living room with sofa bed and large-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The facilities leave nothing to be desired! A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Animals are welcome. Dog/cat/mouse :-) €10 per night extra.

The 43 sqm apartment has a large living area with an open kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a separate bedroom. A small terrace with privacy and direct access to the apartment gives the apartment a special flair. The fold-out "living area" can make room for 1-2 more people.

Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.
