Charming beach cottage in Olivia Beach, Lincoln City, just feet from the Pacific Ocean. House is steps away from beach access and sits directly in front of the Central Park with play structure, grass area, fire pit, sand volleyball court, outdoor pool (open seasonally from May to September) and exercise facility. Beautiful sandy beach with tidepools is accessible directly behind home. Beach can be viewed from top of hill next to home with ~100 steps from the top of the hill to the sandy beach.

A gravel path is framed by a wooden archway, creating a shaded walkway. The structure features vertical posts with vines intertwining around them. Lush green grass is visible on either side, and a glimpse of a quiet street can be seen in the background.
