In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is the connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.

Our apartment sleeps 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed. In an open alcove there is a sleeping place - also 1.40 m wide - for another 2 people. In a second alcove there is a single bed. The living room has two sofas, a large table for 8 people and a fireplace. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Backsteinhaus von 1925 in historischen Ortskern von Erftstadt-Lechenich. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses (2. OG) und ist sehr hell. Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.
