Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. 1 south balcony, very nice fully equipped open built-in kitchen with breakfast bar, underfloor heating, high-quality bathroom (tub/shower/sink), high-quality separate toilet in the studio, 4 rooms with vinyl floor, smoke detector wirelessly networked throughout the house. In the basement room belonging to the apartment there is the washing machine, and the dryer as well as a storage shelf system. The garden sauna can be used for a small fee incl. sauna towels and bathrobes, by arrangement.

Das Torhaus ist die Top-Location auf Schloß Türnich - es gibt bei uns keinen auf dem Hof, der da nicht wohnen möchte. In dem bezaubernden Torhaus aus dem 19. Jh. befindet sich oben ein wunderschöner Raum mit Kamin und Bad. Und das inmitten des bezaubernden Schlossensembles mit seinen verwunschenen Gärten und einem Bio-Café mit herrlichem Essen aus den eigenen Gärten. Das Torhaus hat seinen eigenen Eingang. Wie in einem urigen Turmtreppenhaus steigst du zu deiner Wohnung hinauf.

This cozy apartment is located near a beautiful lake! The apartment, renovated in February 2024, can accommodate up to 4 people and has its own parking space. Independent check-in allows flexible arrival. Erftstadt is located between Cologne and Bonn and is therefore an ideal starting point for trips, events or activities. Phantasialand in particular can be reached quickly from here. All shops for daily needs can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car.

In der Wohnung können bis zu 4 Gäste schlafen. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm groß, die Schlafcouch 130x190 cm. In der Domstadt Köln ist man in nur 25 Minuten. Am Phantasialand ist man in nur 15 Minuten. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und eine hervorragende ÖPNV Anbindung.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax, take long walks or a city stroll with a castle visit. The direct connection to Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn also makes the location perfect for a diverse trip.

Apartment in the beautiful castle town Brühl. 5 minutes walk to the train station (=> direction Cologne / Messe approx. 20 minutes or Bonn approx. 15 minutes, departure to the Phantasialand with shuttle bus) The castle park with its world-cultural-castles is only a few steps away , Bed with 160 cm mattress base and additional bed (optional), wardrobe, satellite TV and private bathroom.

Small cottage for max. 2 people

The cottage, which is independent of our house (we live right next door), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is the connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
