The Milk House

Former farmhand apartment above the old milking parlor has been renovated into a relaxing retreat on decommissioned dairy farm. Rental includes 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and a convertible couch. While the dairy cattle have left, a few animals remain on the farm, including donkeys, alpacas, sheep, dogs, and cats. Furnace is an outdoor wood burning, we maintain daily in winter. From the small balcony of the rental, you are able to see open views of the surrounding fields.

We are located on 2 peaceful acres in a residential area near the Liberty Way Exit off I-75. In our suite the focus is on cleanliness and functionality. Our sheets, towels & linens are laundered in Free & Clear products. For your comfort and security, the home is equipped with a Whole House Generator & Security Cameras on the outside.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
