On the edge of the quiet village of St Marcel and 2 km from the cable car, its very large sunny terrace and these 2 intelligently arranged levels promise you: - relaxation, sunbathing and panoramic views in the outdoor jacuzzi, - comfort and restful nights in en-suite bedrooms, - warm and cozy evenings around the wood-burning stove.

An expansive vaulted living area features a stone ceiling and tiled floor. A pool table is positioned centrally, with a large dining table nearby. Cozy seating areas are arranged around a natural stone fireplace, complemented by wooden accents and large windows providing natural light.

In a small typical mountain village (near ski resorts and at the foot of the Vanoise National Park), cottage of character in wood, and local stone, renovated and very spacious (250 m² with 1000 m² of garden). Accommodating up to 15 people. The house is facing south with impregnable view on the valley and the mountainous massifs. Its large east-west crossing living room with balcony, its additional lounge area and its private sauna will seduce you. The slopes and shops of St Martin (3 Valleys domain) are accessible in 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes by free shuttle (stop 300m from the house, 5 buses per day) or 15 minutes on foot. However, we recommend that you have at least one car for your group.

Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.
