Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

Le Nid de Gypaete

Newly finished modern ground floor suite in local family house with sunny patio/garden/bbq access on the uphill edge of the tiny quiet hameau of Ventelon. One bedroom with queen size bed and single bunk with additional single bed/sofa in living area (baby bed/high chair also available) with views to the high summits. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

Family cottage of 190 m2 for 15 people on 3 levels, completely renovated. Ideally located chalet at the foot of the slopes (departure ESF course and ESF Piou-Piou club), 150 m from the lake. In Albiez-Montrond at the Col du Mollard in Savoie at an altitude of 1630 m. Authentically charming village with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d'Arves, small preserved natural paradise. Ski area open from 12/21 to 03/23 + possibility to ski on the Sybelles area 15 min drive until mid-April.

Skis on your feet: checkout and check-in! Putting on skis right at the foot of your accommodation is obviously the dream of all vacationers who go to the snow 🤗 Just 150 meters on skis or on foot from the village square, the ESF, the nursery. In the top 20 charming resort villages and voted the 2nd most welcoming resort in France in 2023 by Airbnb. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school periods and during the ski season. Domain open from 12/23/23 to 03/24/24

Les Hameaux: your furnished apartment in Courchevel

CURE 2025 RATE €950/21 nights With its breathtaking view of the Vanoise range and the small hamlets overlooking Brides-Les-Bains, this 40 m2 apartment, very bright and fully furnished can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the lower level of the chalet, it has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) or two single beds (80 x 200). In the living room you will find a sofa bed (2 people – 140 x 200). 1 Dog accepted under conditions (+ fee of €5/day) Cat not accepted

The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Apartment for 8 people Albanne

Apartment of about 100 m2, all comforts in a charming little mountain village in Savoie at 1640 m altitude, 5 minutes from the Karellis resort. Departure in front of the apartment by ski lift or walks on foot, snowshoes and cross-country skiing. Family resort with its ski area for all levels. In summer, many hiking trails are possible. Weekly rental, possibility to rent by the night (2 minimum) at certain times.

Apartment – Chalet du Hameau des Aiguilles

Comfortable apartment for 4/6 people, quietly located in a chalet, 250 m from shops, 300 m from the horseback riding club and 350 m from the lake with supervised swimming during the summer period. On the top floor, enjoy a south-west facing balcony with panoramic views of the beautiful Aiguilles d 'Arves. Hiking/bike departures are nearby. Possibility of renting electric mountain bikes or electric scooters.

This apartment has just been completely refurbished. Ideally located, at the foot of the building there is: a ski slope, the resort center: the Croisette and the Piopious. Wi-Fi is available at the resort, by going to the tourist office, but the speed remains slow (no fiber), 4G remains the best solution. Sheets and towels are provided. The bed is made upon arrival. Skis must be put on the balcony.
