Not overlooked, with a 40 m2 terrace, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the spectacular view of the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguille du Midi and the Chamonix Valley. We have tastefully furnished the bottom of the chalet and provided all the comforts necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in summer or winter.

Family Fun at a Trendy Retreat at the Foot of Mont Blanc

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

This luxury setting, as cozy as it is elegant, can accommodate 4 people thanks to its 140 bed on the mezzanine and its 140 sofa bed (+ baby cot on request) This accommodation on the 2nd floor with elevator is fully equipped and will allow you to enjoy your stay pleasantly. It is extended by a large balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Brévent.

Located in the city center, VERY SMALL cozy studio with the duplex bedroom and its skylight with views of the Mont Blanc range! Fully equipped. Access to the room by a miller's ladder! NB: NOISY ENVIRONMENT Located in the heart of Chamonix, one street back from the main street, there will be noise from shops, passers-by, traffic. I indicate this for the sake of frankness and clarity, in order to avoid inconvenience and disappointment.
