Comfortable and very modern, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A large 160 x 200 bed adorns the place with a sitting area. A large shower room with washing machine completes this space. The historic center of Moutiers is 100 m away, the train station is 200 m away.

The village of Bonneval l'Église (73260) is accessible from the road to the Col de la Madeleine made famous by the Tour de France, very quiet since it is a cul-de-sac.
