Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and change of scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a terraced wooden chalet. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or off-season. The chalet is accessible by ski by the blue slope of the Bois de Saule which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate train station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the enduro "La 8" mountain bike track that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m elevation gain!

Located in the heart of the pedestrian station of Les Arcs 1800, in the village of Charvet, this pretty 26 m² studio is located on the 1st floor of the Résidence Bellecote. Not overlooked, redeveloped in July 2021, it is at the foot of the slopes (ESF, sale of packages 50 m away) and close to all shops and restaurants. Equipped with a balcony, it has unobstructed views of the forest. Winter and summer this studio has everything to ensure a great holiday. Cleaning is included in the rate.

Studio in the ground floor with terrasse - 17m² - Situated at 400 meters to the funicular to go to Arc 1600 and 400m to downtown. One bed in the entrance with a separate door between the entrance and the main room. One sofa bed in the main room. Wifi offered - free parking of the residence NOTE : BED LINEN AND TOWEL NOT FURNISHED IF YOU STAY LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS NOTE : Following the fire that occurred in the building in front of the studio, the residence's pool is closed this summer.

A cosy studio

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

Pleasant 25 m² studio, quiet and not overlooked, on the 4th floor with views of the Mont Blanc range and the forest, north-facing balcony, for 4/5 people, ideal for a family. Rated Four Crystals Paradiski, it is located in the heart of the pedestrian resort of Les Arcs 1800, in the village of Charvet, 50 meters from the Charvet bus station, very close to all shops, restaurants and package purchase offices. Bright apartment, located in the Lavachet district at 2100 m altitude, served by free shuttles. South-facing balcony overlooking the famous Grande Motte Glacier. The residence is located 50 m from shops (supermarket, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, ski pass offices in winter etc.) Access to the ski slopes is 100 m away and the return to the residence can be done on skis (from December to May).
