Steps away from 60+ acre Woodlawn Lake Park, offers gorgeous Cypress trees, ducks, dog-friendly running/walking trails, pool, outdoor gym, and sports courts. Safe, quiet, and centrally located within San Antonio's Historic Monticello Park (10 Mins to Downtown). Fully updated, but retains 81 years of historical charm. The Classy Comfy Convenient Suite

This classy cozy suite is conveniently located in the North central part of San Antonio. A quick 10 minute ride from the airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown, 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas. There is also some delicious authentic Tex-Mex restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea from our Keurig, and take a walk to the Olympia city park (which is a 5-7 min walk from the house). The unit is ~250 sq ft of space, perfect for an individual or a couple.

Private Guest Suite by SeaWorld, 6 Flags & Helotes

Our guest suite is attached to our house but still offers complete privacy. You’ll have your own front door entrance & a driveway parking space (please read the full description for all that is included with your guest suite): - SeaWorld (10min away) - Six Flags (10min away) - The Riverwalk (20min away) - Helotes (7min away) - UTSA (10min away) Neighborhood Pool open for season (closed on Mondays). House trained/crated pets are welcome (one time $75 fee)

Two Queen-Bed Studio - Please specify correct amount of guests, including yourself. Only registered/paying guests are allowed in the Studio. For bookings of two (2) we prepare one of the Queen beds unless guest requests otherwise. NO cleaning fee so please pick up after yourself. Fast access to 410 & IH 10 to airport, Medical Center, Fiesta Texas, La Cantera & the Alamo / Downtown!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If you just want to get out and feel like you went somewhere or did something, this is the place for you. It’s located in a quite secluded area. You have your own parking space. And you have lots of stores nearby. This place is located in the second floor. We do have stairs but no elevator.
