The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The Primula studio apartment is an excellent solution for single travelers or couples who want to spend time in nature while having the services of a small town available. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
